Coverage is based on cleaner availability by suburb and city. Not every suburb has the same response time at all times.

• Primary customer markets include Sydney and Melbourne, with additional cities supported by availability.
• Booking requests are matched based on service type, timing, and local cleaner capacity.
• Cleaner document review target is usually 24-48 hours after complete uploads.
• Urgent and same-day service windows are subject to active cleaner supply.
