Free to join — you only pay when you earn
No monthly membership. When you complete paid work, we retain a flat $15 platform service fee per booking ($10 if you accept within 2 hours), plus standard card processing fees.
What you pay as a cleaner
No fee to join and no fee to receive job offers. You earn from completed bookings; our $15 platform service fee applies per paid job unless a fast-accept discount was recorded on that booking.
Card payments incur Stripe processing fees. When a customer pays with Afterpay, Afterpay merchant fees apply.
Is it free to join Clean Fridays and receive jobs?
Yes. Joining the network and receiving job offers is free. On each paid booking, Clean Fridays retains a flat $15 platform service fee from the job amount, plus standard Stripe card processing fees apply. There is no monthly membership fee.
Do I have to pay a monthly membership to get jobs?
No. We do not offer or require a monthly cleaner membership. You only pay the per-job platform fee when you complete paid work.
What fees apply on each job?
Our $15 platform service fee per paid booking, plus Stripe fees. If you accept a job within 2 hours of being offered it, the platform fee drops to $10 on that booking.
